About the role
Safeguard Facility Services is hiring a monitoring & evaluation officer to join its ngo/development function in Khartoum. You will work with an established team on day-to-day delivery, take ownership of a clear set of outcomes, and report into a senior manager who supports your development. This role suits someone who is organised, accountable and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-moving Sudanese market.
Responsibilities
- Implement programme activities against the workplan
- Collect and verify field data for monitoring reports
- Engage community stakeholders and local authorities
- Prepare donor-ready narrative and indicator reporting
- Ensure activities meet safeguarding and compliance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a ngo/development role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong working knowledge of m&e frameworks
- Good written and spoken Arabic; working English
- Based in Khartoum or willing to relocate
