Description

Nubia Construction Group invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the rehabilitation of rural feeder roads in Port Sudan. The assignment forms part of the organisation's 2026 construction programme and is expected to run for 11 months from contract signature. Bids will be evaluated on technical capacity, past performance and price.

Scope of work

• Deliver the full construction requirement described in the technical specification.
• Mobilise within 12 days of contract award and maintain a focal point for the duration.
• Provide all labour, materials, transport and supervision required to complete the works or supply.
• Submit monthly progress reports and participate in review meetings with the Nubia Construction Group procurement unit.

Eligibility

• Valid Sudanese business registration and current tax clearance certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in construction.
• At least 4 comparable contracts completed in the last three years, with references.
• Proven ability to operate in Port Sudan.
• No conflict of interest with Nubia Construction Group staff or affiliates.
