Description

Darfur Water Alliance invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the managed it support and helpdesk services in Khartoum. The assignment forms part of the organisation's 2026 it programme and is expected to run for 13 months from contract signature. Bids will be evaluated on technical capacity, past performance and price.

Scope of work

• Deliver the full it requirement described in the technical specification.
• Mobilise within 21 days of contract award and maintain a focal point for the duration.
• Provide all labour, materials, transport and supervision required to complete the works or supply.
• Submit monthly progress reports and participate in review meetings with the Darfur Water Alliance procurement unit.

Eligibility

• Valid Sudanese business registration and current tax clearance certificate.
• Minimum 6 years of demonstrable experience in it.
• At least 4 comparable contracts completed in the last three years, with references.
• Proven ability to operate in Khartoum.
• No conflict of interest with Darfur Water Alliance staff or affiliates.
