Description

Meridian Advisory Partners invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the office cleaning and janitorial services in Khartoum. The assignment forms part of the organisation's 2026 facilities programme and is expected to run for 10 months from contract signature. Bids will be evaluated on technical capacity, past performance and price.

Scope of work

• Deliver the full facilities requirement described in the technical specification.
• Mobilise within 26 days of contract award and maintain a focal point for the duration.
• Provide all labour, materials, transport and supervision required to complete the works or supply.
• Submit monthly progress reports and participate in review meetings with the Meridian Advisory Partners procurement unit.

Eligibility

• Valid Sudanese business registration and current tax clearance certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in facilities.
• At least 3 comparable contracts completed in the last three years, with references.
• Proven ability to operate in Khartoum.
• No conflict of interest with Meridian Advisory Partners staff or affiliates.
