Description

Savannah Consumer Brands invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the framework for warehousing and storage in Wad Madani. The assignment forms part of the organisation's 2026 logistics programme and is expected to run for 14 months from contract signature. Bids will be evaluated on technical capacity, past performance and price.

Scope of work

• Deliver the full logistics requirement described in the technical specification.
• Mobilise within 27 days of contract award and maintain a focal point for the duration.
• Provide all labour, materials, transport and supervision required to complete the works or supply.
• Submit monthly progress reports and participate in review meetings with the Savannah Consumer Brands procurement unit.

Eligibility

• Valid Sudanese business registration and current tax clearance certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in logistics.
• At least 4 comparable contracts completed in the last three years, with references.
• Proven ability to operate in Wad Madani.
• No conflict of interest with Savannah Consumer Brands staff or affiliates.
